which could perform partial functions of real-time billing and
accounting for the first time;

Luoyang Local Web Billing Program, which could collect and
type real-time detailed monthly billing reports and has been
running normally under self-maintenances since it finally was
checked and accepted by the telecom administrations in 2000.
7.1999 Wuhan Local
Web Billing & Accounting Program, which took the lead
nationwide in using three-layered system and flexible pricing
models. It was successfully developed by three parties. It has
been under self-maintenance since it was finally checked and
accepted in 2001;
8.1999 Shanghai
Mobile Telephone Billing & Accounting System, an excellent
solution to
dealing with 4
million users and 400 million monthly billing reports. It has
passed the
final check;
9.2000 Southwest
Guizhou Local Web Billing System, the first formal product of
the company;
10. 2001 Fujian
Union Comprehensive Billing System, already running online;
11. 2001 Changsha
Mobile Telephone Accounting System, able to function in
real-time accounting. It has passed the final check;

Union Comprehensive Billing System, the preliminary check is
