The success on the Medical Insurance Project in Jinzhou Railway
Hospital, our first medical insurance project in Northeast
China, would directly fuel the marketing of Powerise’s products
associated with social security in the market, set an
advantageous position as the biggest market share taker in this
area and even in whole China and establish the company as a
super one nationwide in social security sector. This signified a
vital and far-reaching step strategically for the company.
The Medical Insurance Project in Jinzhou Railway Hospital was a
package containing the design of an operation room, remodeling,
PDS wiring, making of IC cards and software and hardware which
involved various related specialties and much difficulty because
a railway system is characterized by the large spans and long
distances of its construction sites. Early in 2003, the
construction began in one operational center, five hospitals and
23 clinics in Jinzhou with more than 80,000 insurants engaged.
On October 8, 2003, the program started in success.
Registration, getting medical advice, billing, account
settlement and data transmission could function accurately in
the system’s normal and stable operation. All hospitals and
clinics interconnected by the system in Jinzhou region would
start their operation of the system by November. |
