On the annual International Broadcast & Television Conference
held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang on October 16-20, the lecture --<The
Establishment of Telecom-level Operational Mode in Broadcast &
TV--The Operation and Comprehensive Operational Supporting
System in Guangzhou Cable Network> --given by the attendee from
Powerise Group, was widely noticed. The main topic of this
year—an entire transfer from analog television to digital
television – indicates that, as to how to start digital
television and business, the main concern has been shown much
